Video posted in January 2024 shows cornhole star Dayton Webber loading and firing a handgun.
Webber is accused of shooting and killing 27-year-old Bradrick Michael Wells in Maryland before driving off with the body in his car.
The American Cornhole League has released the following statement:
“The ACL is aware of the reports regarding allegations involving Dayton Webber. This is an extremely serious matter and our thoughts are with all those impacted, including the family and loved ones of Bradrick Michael Wells.”
“At this time, this remains an active legal situation. We respect the judicial process and will not comment on specific allegations or details while proceedings are ongoing.”

NEW: Quadruple amputee professional cornhole player accused of murdering someone before driving off in his Tesla. Dayton Webber, 27, who has no arms & legs and was featured on ESPN, is accused of shooting 27-year-old Bradrick Michael Wells during an argument. "Police say Webber was in his Tesla SUV when he shot Wells in the passenger seat," a local report from Fox 5 said. "He then pulled over and asked two backseat passengers to help pull Wells out of the car. They refused and got out of the car before calling the police." Webber then allegedly drove off with Wells' body in the car. It's completely unclear how Webber was able to fire a weapon, considering he doesn't have fingers. "It’s early in the investigation, but there’s no evidence to suggest anyone else was involved in the shooting and that he acted alone," said Diane Richardson, Charles County Sheriff's Office. ESPN Sources: Offensive Player of the Year and Super-Bowl champion Jaxon Smith-Njigba reached agreement with the Seattle Seahawks on a four-year, $168.6 million contract extension that now makes him the highest-paid WR in NFL history.
The deal averages $42.15 million per year, and includes over $120 million guaranteed, both setting records for any wide receiver.

NEW: Family of a Texas teen loses it as judge sentences him to 25 years in prison for robbing a convenience store.
Judge Raquel West was seen torching 18-year-old Caden James Fontenette before handing out the sentence.
"There was a time some years ago that there really wasn't even a question... State's attorneys were recommending youthful offenders probation. Let's give everybody an opportunity..." West said.
"You don't have a good likelihood of being successful if I were to put you on probation... I'm going to sentence you to a term of 25 years."
Fontenette pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery for a 2025 incident where he and two others robbed a convenience store at gunpoint.
The suspects were caught on camera assaulting the store clerk.
Fontenette will likely be in his 40s when he is released from prison.

Bodycam footage from Daytona Beach shows 27 year old David Anderson stopped over an open container violation and given a choice by Officer J. Llinas: pour out the tequila or go to jail. Anderson hands over the bottle and the officer dumps it, then claims Anderson “threw the cork,” slams him to the ground, Tases him, and repeatedly punches him in the head and face while he is already in handcuffs. They call those punches “distractionary blows” and charge Anderson with battery on an officer. We call it what it is: brutal, excessive force over a petty ordinance violation.
The chief and mayor responded with statements and a press conference while the officer is reassigned to an administrative assignment pending an internal investigation, but that is not accountability.
This pattern has to end, not with more scripted outrage behind a podium, but with real consequences for Officer Llinas, including termination from law enforcement and criminal charges, and for a department that treats violence like paperwork.

You don’t know what rock bottom is
2 and a half years ago I was down to my last few hundred dollars in my brokerage account. I had just gotten married and dropped out of school.
But on December 6th, 2023, my life changed forever. Everything finally clicked. Years of failure, frustration, and trying to figure out my purpose suddenly made sense.
Today I’m in a position where I never have to think twice about finances. I’m able to take care of my family in every way possible.
This isn’t a flex. It’s a reminder. Hard work does pay off and your day is coming too, but only if you refuse to give up. From a few hundred to millions. It’s possible, trust me.
I’m grateful and blessed to be able to do this every day.
The work is far from over though, we’re just getting started.
