@FitbitSupport my wife’s Fitbit touchscreen has stoped responding after swimming. No idea how this can happen as it’s clearly labelled as water resistant up to 50m and she was no deeper than 2m. Other functions appear to work, just can’t swipe the screen. Can you help fix this?
