bad mood. was when i went to bed. was when i was awake and drinking tea at 2am. was when i woke at 7am. still am now. not moved from the bedroom (up & dressed for a long while) bad mood. cannot artuculate the reasons, not sure i evwn know myself 100%. but in a bad mood. sorry

Once in primary school someone bet me £3 to be friends with the quiet kid no one talked to just for a week. I found out he was a great guy and had a really similar personality to me. He's just asked me to be his best man but still doesn't know he was a bet.

During the bedtime routine, we used to take turns laying on the floor beside his bed, holding our Sons hand when he was a toddler, waiting until he fell asleep. He would always ask us to tell him a story whilst we lay there. "Powiadamy" he would say, and we'd talk about what we done that day & about him. Always positive! It was such a beautiful time and as tiring as it sometimes was, I loved every minute of it 😊 Years later and every night, one of us would sit on the end of his bed until he falls asleep! One day it may stop, but today is not that day and I love every minute of it! 😊❤🙏

When I put my 18 month old son to bed, I say "I'll be back in a minute" as I leave, he settles better than if I say goodnight. Truth is I'm wracked with guilt for lying every time which is daft as I spend the rest of the evening watching him on the monitor. Daddy loves you bud x
