Many interesting findings contained within the paper but perhaps the most novel (and relatively unexpected) is that those with anxiety disorders had the widest range of SQoL scores & reported lower satisfaction in most domains. This warrants more research #anxiety

After 44 long months of recruitment, assessments, staff training, intervention delivery, fidelity testing, qualitative interviewing, data entry & follow ups (including a 7 month suspension of activities due to COVID) the TACK team collected their final trial data today!!

The TACK trial has been a huge undertaking to see if DIALOG+ is both clinically- and cost-effective for the treatment of chronic depression. And in a few months time, after data cleaning & analysis, we will have some answers
