@createstreets I wouldn’t call this appalling, maybe a little lackluster in places but there are definitely some redeemable qualities The large glass entry with the wood ceiling/soffit & light pilotis create a nice entry sequence. Large scale canopy is nice. Landscape is lacking considerably
