@delgey That is a great question! Sadly due to the staff shortage crisis we are struggling to recruit chefs and experienced front of house. We are working hard on it and pushing to open in November. We will shout out when we have a date. Thank you for your interest & patience!

Not so long ago we opened and then closed the most expensive pop up in history. The town was Oxford Now we are back this time in beautiful Berkhampsted with my good friend and builder Michael Rhodes. We hope to open in the old @billsrestaurant #berkhamsted in November.

Govt set targets & budgets from afar for NHS, Police etc & so have no real clue on true picture. Instead they’re fed results back formatted to show the best narrative possible. It’s no wonder they’re so lost with all the conflicting Covid data & related theories circulating.
