Road closed by the Three Tuns, lots of ambulances, it looks very serious - one badly damaged car at the Crescent/Warwick/London Road Junction and maybe another crashed into the Three Tuns itself?

@AldiUK No response and then they shut up shop and went home at 4 o'clock. That's not very good when it was something really urgent like this. The helpful people in Customer Service couldn't help because the Card Team had all gone without responding to me

@AldiUK How do I urgently get in touch with your gift card team? I've left a voicemail, emailed and called 4 times and nobody is picking up the phone - it's really rather important
