Our member @JoniGuerreiro is at #IEEEVR presenting the paper "Exploring Aiming Techniques for Blind People in Virtual Reality" where we explore 3 techniques to support blind people in aiming tasks in VR using an archery scenario. Preprint at techandpeople.github.io/publications/

Last week, our reading club focused on Braun and Clarke's 2024 paper on "Reporting guidelines for qualitative research: a values-based approach", doi.org/10.1080/147808… - a lot of discussions, insights, and clarity. @davgonalves took the lead on this one and did a wonderful job.

Today I dropped by the Interself conference, by @AnnaCiaunica and team, to watch a series of very interesting talks. Was unaware @shn_kasa was presenting (good surprise) - a lot of work I knew from @plopesresearch and @umd_emd and more human integration projects I didn't know.
