@iamSegopi @Solphendukaa 1stly tthere's a difference between weight-loss &fat-loss. With strength-training you're targeting fat-loss and you recomposition your body. With cardio you're losing weight but also becoming what they call "skinny-fat" usually leading to a need for skin removal surgery.

@Solphendukaa If you are trying to lose weight, i would not recommend a lot of strength training, Sol. Building muscles actually makes the bigger. Look at Rugby guys for example, lots of muscles. Right type of training combined with good diet can give you strength and weight loss fast results.
