Here's another way to visualize the release points.
Some teams like to vary arm angles to challenge the eyes of a hitter and increase deception. Seeing a righty at 52 deg. then a lefty at 20 deg is hard to pick up and can cause different movement.

The Tigers arm angles You'll notice the lefties all have similar enough arm angles upon release as do the righties. It's not wildly uncommon, and stuff matters more, but very few teams have this much similarity amongst their pitchers arm angles
