That's a long story. It has a few chapters about what Arabs, Muslims, and a few others have been doing as well. The tribal narratives that create children with suicide belts. That's something that should be studied. Israelis are part if the story, but I'm not sure a tiny country of 5-7million Jews is really the one driving the story when there's more than 300 million Arabs.

If humans were only wise, we would never misuse our creations. If we were only stupid, we would never have invented them. But we are wise enough to create incredible things, and stupid enough to misuse them. This is a basic tension in human history.

Iran doesn't have the capability as it's need good intel on locations & MOAB-like penetrators. They could be built, ofc, from ballistics & hypersonics, but they would be a new weapons.
