The local reading of the proclamation announcing the new monarch will take place on Sunday 11th September at Banbury Town Hall, 2pm. Members of the public are welcome to attend.

Women's Cycle Tour is coming to Oxfordshire in October. On Wednesday July 21, riders from Banbury Star Cyclists’ Club and Team Cherwell met at Banbury Cross with the chairman of Oxfordshire County Council John Howson to celebrate the official release of the race details.
