@HelloSanctuary I have footage of one of your tenants trying to assault a member of the grounds maintenance team. Police have been called and made aware of this, where can I send the footage? She is very known to you and this isn’t the first time she’s done this

@HelloSanctuary Hi Sanctuary. Seeming I’ve got a stage 2 compliant. And I’ve had no response to the repair that should have been completed two days ago, no message from Sanctuary via any email in over a week? I’ve gone straight to the ombudsman. 10 months for a repair, not acceptable.

@HelloSanctuary is it socially acceptable to be onto your complaints team for over 1 hour and 20 mins regarding a stage 2 complaint which you’ve failed on AGAIN?
Or is it time for the @HousingOmbuds to get a call due to your negligence?

@HelloSanctuary Can I dispute service charge? Grounds maintenance and communal cleaning cost including skip hire! Small section of grass gets cut every few weeks… skip hire and waste removal where 👀 only skip I’ve ever seen in my street is the one I paid for with my own money!

@HelloSanctuary Your company told the fire brigade the keyholder would be 10 minutes. That was just gone 6pm. Alarm still going off & no contractor out to turn it off. Phone agent refuses to give an ETA. Residential community shouldn’t have to put up with this!!

With Veritas solicitors Manchester they stated in house you would pay for damages to my personal property £7500
bed tv washer floor not working talking to staff at Chester no coherent communication.

I've been sent home from the Weasel @wesstreeting A&E Triage 3 times only to be dumped back at home with no Social Care assistance to speak of, I had to beg the Cherish Care Agency Carer's run by Sanctuary Housing in Cheshire, to fry me an egg, then received a bill for £3.999⁉️👿

I lost 12 pounds after spending another 8 days in hospital, & not much has changed since being released, because the so called 'Carers' from the Cherish Agency under Sanctuary Housing in Cheshire "aren't allowed" to fetch you any food, yet were quick enough to bill me £3.999‼️👿

I had to get a loved one out of hospital to get well at home yesterday. This is the #NHS version of nutrition at breakfast and dinner. One bowl is soup and the other pudding. “Meat” was undeterminable. Nothing green in sight!
