@LucyECousins @CrMarkGreenhill If these are investment properties only then it will make a difference but if the majority are family holiday homes then this regulation will make no difference to the LTR market and reduce tourism. Any data, mayor?

@CrMarkGreenhill Cutting STR to 60 days in the Blue Mountains is short sighted. There are rising amounts of LTR (see attached) and limiting airbnbs will close them down. Less tourists, less money, less shops and less people needing LTR. I fail to see how that is good for anyone?

Just mappin' dead turtles on @TurtleSAT on a Monday night. I figure where there are dead ones, there are also live ones. Even in the middle of Ballarat! I've never seen one near the lake before, and I grew up there...
