Michael and Kobe tend to get lumped together in these conversations when they really shouldn't because MJ was enormously efficient for his day.
Bulls MJ had a 108 TS+ and peaked at 114. That's identical to OKC Shai. Pre-Achilles Kobe was at 105 with a 107 peak.
