How do you actually handicap the quantum risk?
I don't have a good view on the likelihood or reality of it.
I know very smart people, and see actions by large entities suggesting it is a real risk.
I also know very smart people who think it's the only grift larger than crypto.

Anyone pushing the quantum narrative is, knowingly or not, participating in a pretty nefarious raid on bitcoin. It's bedrock-deep FUD that even smart laymen can't falsify, and it may lead to the adoption of weak/novel crypto within the world's most valuable digital bearer asset.
