OK, just received access to agentic capabilities in AI Mode. It can research restaurants for you and provide time slots for reservations. It definitely took a few minutes to research the top restaurants, but did return the best in the area, along with links to book a reservation. Pretty cool.

Google testing replacing Review stars and icons with official website and phone number on the "new" hotel business panel.

In Knowledge Graph → Posts, I can only choose photos; videos are filtered out of my camera roll. In Maps → My Business → Add Update, it explicitly says “photo only.” On the desktop, I can upload a video, but after Pending, it always gets Rejected. Videos on GBP posts = dead?

Looks like Google has added instructions on how to report an entire profile when you find they submit fake reviews.  This tactic does work - definitely worth bookmarking this!  support.google.com/business/answe…
