Hi @Tesco On Good Friday I experienced the most awful and humiliating experience in your Hurst Park (Surrey) store. I popped in to pick up groceries on my way to visit friends. I used “scan as you go” as I always do, and paid £75.92 for my groceries, using my Apple Pay.

If you really have to have fireworks, and I hope you don't - I hope you make your own new, kinder tradition for 5th November, like creating your own family home made Christmas cake together, or your own candles, or ornaments, or inviting all your friends over and telling them to bring their favourite takeaways so you can swap... But if you really have to have fireworks, please choose the low noise type, to limit the harm and suffering you will cause neighbour's pets and all the wildlife in your area.

In the UK, we have a new law where you must register ANY birds on your property with the Government by 1 October. So if you keep chickens or ducks or maybe emus you must now register them because the UK Government likes having insane overreach and enjoy abusing authority. So I went outside, counted 7 pigeons and registered them. Hope that helps the UK Government with their pursuit of the Orwellian dream.
