OTO Melara ATAK-35 anti air platform, this prototype was made during the 1980’s. OTO had hoped the Italian Army would buy the system after testing, since they lacked modern AA at the time. Sadly no orders would be placed, real shame considering how useful these systems are today.

@VapingCat12 @planefag I didn’t know they were so resilient to tactical nukes. If you hit it closer it’d still die but tanks are cheaper than nukes and you can spread your formation so more of a change in tactics than obsolescence. Thanks for the information 😎

@adolfkittenler Yine de Abrams gibi tanklardan daha iyi ön zırhı var. Tankograd'da Kontakt-5 ERA dizaynı altında T-80U (ya da T-72B Obr.1989) tankının K5 sayesinde M829A1'e karşı dayanıklı olduğu yazıyor. Relikt büyük bir ihtimal M829A2 ve A3'e karşı o dayanıklılığı korur.

T-72B3, yakışıklı araçlar ama tank-tank çatışmaları için zırhı biraz yetersiz olabilir.

@joeblillib4090 I am going to start grinding USSR bombers once Tu-95M is added to sim EC matches. I am not really a fighter guy, I find air-to-air combat not as exciting as dodging SAMs and bombing strategic targets. I really want the SU-24M because of that.

I love the Thud. If i hadnt neglected the bomber tree so much id be grinding for it now, but the highest BR bomber i have is the B-25
