@LADOTofficial @davideryu The Rainbow Halo is a partnership between @LADOTofficial, @Culture_LA and SoCal Families for Safe Streets to honor victims of fatal traffic crashes and raise awareness of traffic fatalities. Thank you to artist John Morse and Conor's mother Jeri Dye Lynch.
