1201 Third was chosen to be a location for testing new antimicrobial strategies used for improving air quality in buildings and has won multiple sustainability awards and certifications including BOMA 360, LEED Certified, ENERGY STAR (since 2010), & BOMA International TOBY Award.

Rainier Tower has been a Seattle staple since 1977. Currently managed by Wright Runstad & Company, the building used to stand alone on its block on the Metropolitan Tract. Now it is neighbored by @rainiersquare and @400_university.

The Spring District continues to grow and grow! The Brew Pub was recently leased by @bellevuebrewing, a summer concert series is about to begin in the neighborhood, and the Community Gardens are undergoing a refresh.
