Gov. Abbott froze $110 million in public safety grants for Houston and said it will be pulled if they don’t revoke the ordinance tomorrow because it violates an agreement with the state. “If these measures are implemented to limit that cooperation there will be immediate impacts to public safety, national security, and border security,” ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Houston acting Field Office Director Paul McBride said.” Among those arrested this month, according to ICE: 1.
