CCTV footage appears to show a Russian Kh-47M2 Kinzhal impacting without detonating at an unspecified location in Ukraine. The missile was reportedly disrupted by Ukraine’s “Lima” strategic electronic warfare (EW) system.

And yeah, that’s how EW works, it insert cockroaches, and I’m not sure which fins you’re referring to or how they would cause wobbling (I’m not seeing any wobbling anyway). EW can disrupt the terminal seeker, and it can also jam GLONASS satellite navigation. So yes, it is possible to interfere with a Kinzhal, either reducing its accuracy or degrading its terminal guidance (radar-based guidance).

CCTV footage has been released showing a Russian Kinzhal air-launched ballistic missile impacting the ground without detonating somewhere in Ukraine. The missile was reportedly intercepted by the Ukrainian strategic-level electronic warfare system "Lima." According to Cascade Systems, a Ukrainian defence company which developed the EW system, "Lima" has been responsible for the downing of at least 26 Kinzhal missiles since the beginning of 2026.
