It has nothing to do with being more accepting of homosexuality since Mishima was already famous outside Japan long before he died. It’s the fact that he was a genius artist, and the tendency from both leftists and the right to dig up unconfirmed anecdotes about his private life just to own the chuds who like his work seem forced. It is a typical example of what many on the internet do today, which is just trying to win debates by pulling facts about authors they haven’t read from Wikipedia out of political pettiness, like that is all there is to know. This happens every time a right-wing philosopher or writer is mentioned, because all leftists are ingrained with the belief that being right-wing and cultured is incompatible, and that’s why they always resort to this tactic to cope with their cognitive dissonance

The "leave no man behind" doctrine is actually a strategic weakness disguised as a virtue. Name one other military on earth that destroys 6 aircraft and fights a ground battle inside a sovereign nation to recover one pilot. You can't. Because no other military confuses tactical sentimentality with strategic logic. Soldiers serve the mission. The mission doesn't serve the soldier. The US has now established that Iran can shoot down an F-15, then watch America spend $300M and expose Delta Force trying to prove it didn't happen. That's not military doctrine. That's politics with weapons. A military that cannot accept the risk of loss cannot win wars. The US hasn't won one since 1945.

Y no lo digo yo, lo dice el Código Penal. Pero claro, seguro que tú sabes más que la juez sobre leyes...
