@UPS_UK is a shit show. my @CarharttWIP order was scanned out for delivery on Thursday at 8:50am, 15 minutes later it changed to delayed. That was 3 days ago. No update since. Customer service is a joke. DM & chat are bots. phone is automated. I will never use @UPS_UK again.

@UPS_UK dreadful service. package out for delivery, Thursday at 8:50 am. By 9:07 am it was changed to delayed, awaiting new delivery date. That was 36 hours ago and no update since. Customer services are closed and chatbot is a pointless misdirect to nothing. Very dissatisfy
