Dear @TelecelGhana, I am in Takoradi and I use FBB. For almost 3 wks now, everything keeps buffering. The internet has been slow. Please fix it cos it’s very frustrating. This was not the case before.

@greyfinance I have been locked out of my account because I changed my phone, and 2FA messages are not coming through. I have sent an email to support, but I have not received a response after hours. I have searched, and there seems to be no number to call to resolve this. Help?

The frustrating part is that, I have to call them everytime to follow and no one from Vodafone gas reached out to communicate anything. A service you have already taken my money for. What is happening here? @VodafoneGhana At this point, I want a refund @PatriciaOboNai
They push the fibre installation to 28th Dec 2023. Since then, I have been calling both the sales agent and the set-up team and no one can tell me when they will come set-up my internet. Basically it's been a month now @VodafoneGhana
I don't even understand how this is possible whether somebody somewhere is not doing their job well or my application got lost in the system due to poor company processes @VodafoneGhana. @PatriciaOboNai
