@ChrisCoffee What are you pointing Claude at to edit? Are you giving terminal a folder of clips and telling it to edit?

Last night I got Claude to edit a video I’ve been putting off from start to finish. It found royalty free background music and implemented it, color graded, added transitions, added titles, and told me what it was seeing in the videos before it implemented the edits. I intentionally wanted to be hands off with this one just to see how it would do, and I have to say I’m pretty impressed. For my next one, I think if I give it detailed instructions on where I want cuts, overlays, highlights, etc., it will do an even better job. The biggest pain point of creating is the editing. If I could eventually automate my video editing for casual videos, I would save hours per week. This is something I really haven’t seen people do well for long-form, high-quality videos. It’s also cool because I can create a skill for this, and I’m just going to continue to upgrade it!

@indefatigabile @0xPaulius Is there a reason why I don’t feel like my terminal is using the 1million context? I keep hitting auto compact way too easy for it to be 1 million.. is there something I need to enable?

@0xPaulius it’s genuinely so good, i prob context compact maybe 3x a day now. context compaction still loses so much info tho, but this makes one single session become good

everyone got that opus 1M context window?

@nyk_builderz Yo fam! My terminal still gets auto compact at 200k don’t feel like I see the 1million. Do I need to do something? Desktop app definitely has a noticeable increase before compact, but I don’t feel it in terminal yet. Any reason?

@DeonMen @calebhodges Could one of y’all drop the alpha on how to use your OAuth for Anthropic in OC? I can’t find to land on what works. 🙏🏼 I tried a few days back but I keep getting errors and had to fall back to API.

@calebhodges Anthropic 500s happen. Quick fix: check status.anthropic.com first. If it's on their end, just wait. If it's OAuth specific, try rotating your API key in openclaw config. I run OpenClaw daily for clients, DM if you need help debugging.

Anyone have cool ways that they’re using their Claude max plan to do the heavy lifting for their @openclaw Sick work arounds that are utilizing your max plan instead of burning api credits.
