We can advise that due to Storm Amy, and the severe weather currently affecting the region, Everton Way and the Originals Fan Wall at Hill Dickinson Stadium have been closed to visitors in the interests of safety. The closure will not impact preparations for tomorrow’s Premier League fixture.

What an insightful start to day two of our conference 💡 This morning, we heard all about the importance of collaboration in the kidney community. ◾️Dr Samira Bell talked to us about how we can use data to accelerate research  ◾️Dr Louise Oni gave us an update on the LifeArc-Kidney Research UK centre for rare kidney diseases   ◾️Ms Cathy Pogson shared the importance of building pharmacy research  We're looking forward to discussing the health economics report one year on. #KidneyDisease

A great start to our annual conference Driving Discoveries. With Chair Professor Claire Sharpe and patient co-chair Ifra Raza, we heard from speakers including Professor Nick Selby and Dr Maria Kaisar about making discoveries count - focusing on the pathway to patients to improve outcomes for #KidneyDisease

Perhaps it's time for a little more kindness.
