Omega 3 1500 epa+dha
L Methylfolate 1 mg
Zinc 15mg
Night
Magnesium 550mg
Ashwagandha 500mg - this can turn you into a zombie. I general avoid or cycle for a few months depending on if it’s cortisol spiking season.
Resverstrol 700mg
And 5g creatine daily.
It looks like a lot but it’s easy with a set of pill boxes you refill once a week.
