If you believe in a mission, passionately chase your goals, & do the work even when it feels like you should quit…. You’ll get to build some pretty cool things.

From an idea, to a downhill mound on road base, our first building, to the now future indoor facility.
90% of the time you’re going to question if your efforts will pay off.
10% of the time they’ll feel like they are.
How long can you continue to persist through the resistance that life is guaranteed to bring? A lot of things can change in 6 years…
90% of the time it’s going to feel like it’s not working.
10% of the time it will feel like it is.
90% of the time you’re going to be confused.

10% of the time you will.
Ask yourself two questions:
1. Is the work I’m doing each day capable of producing the results I want?
2. If I did this work consistently for 10 years, would it get me where I want to go?
To become the man in the arena, you have to step into the arena every single day.
You don’t become who you want to be by thinking about it. You become that person by waking up and doing the work — daily.
Shed your old self & step into the better version of who you want to become everyday.
We live in a broken world. The only way to change it is if we have a massive movement from the ground level.
Which is you & I individually.
If we want to change the world we currently live in, it's starts with yourself. If you are a slob, you'll get slob results. If you're undisciplined, you'll get undisciplined results. If you're lazy, you'll get lazy results. Wake up & develop yourself daily.
Repetition is the mother of skill.
The fact that you cannot tell the difference between the move you made this time & the one before shows you’re still a dabbler. The fine distinctions are the difference..
Mastery requires this level of repetition.
“If you are self motivated, this world is for you. The boundaries are all gone. But if you’re not self-motivated, this world will be a challenge… Your specific contribution will define your specific benefits much more. Just showing up will not cut it.”
