Draft resolution A/HRC/61/L.36 (as orally revised) on Israeli settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and in the occupied Syrian Golan was adopted by the UN Human Rights Council with 34 votes in favour, 3 against and 10 abstentions. In this vote, Ethiopia stood with Israel by casting one of the three votes against the resolution, while Egypt stood against Israel by voting in favor, aligning with the majority that condemned settlement activities as illegal under international law.

The supposed first raka'a becomes null and invalid making the second raka'a the first moving forward. You're required to do 2 sujood (ba'adi) after your tasleem. This 2 sujood will complete the rectification of the error that occured in the first, invalid raka'a.
