Thank you for all the birthday wishes 💗 🎂 These are the 10 lessons from last year i’m taking with me: 1- pressure is a privilege 2- you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take 3- it costs absolutely nothing to be kind 4- you never know what someone is going through so meet people with compassion 5- forgive people, not for them but for yourself 6- sometimes doing the right thing means making that hard decision 7- consistency is key 8- silence can speak a thousand words 9- people can only meet you as far as they can meet themselves 10-enjoy life as a journey, the ups and the downs

Frankly the biggest blocker for the average person is an “I don’t believe it” mindset They don’t believe they can make money online, they don’t believe they can make their dreams come true, they don’t believe in anything outside of what they deem realistic If you limit yourself to your current worldview + understanding, you’ll stay stuck You can only go as far as you let yourself to You have to expand your horizons Be as open-minded as you can This is applicable to every area of life

Little heart-to-heart Since I wish I had this to read a few months ago For the past year, I struggled with severe, chronic acne I didn’t want to go outside, didn’t want to see friends, overanalysed every little thing, was anxious all the time, tried literally everything to make it better, didn’t post 90% of the video content I filmed, paid thousands of $ in products + consultations It felt like I was getting robbed of my life, my youth, so I still did my best to show up, went to a few conferences + streamed a lot despite my feelings I would have given away my entire networth just to have my skin back – “health is wealth”is not a meme Honestly, I’m still not quite sure what caused the flare-up So far I would attribute my recovery to reduced stress, better people around me + medication to help my hormones Now that my skin is finally clear I feel like I can live again I’ll always be anticipating the day my acne comes back, since female bodies go through a lot of changes but for now I’m making the most of feeling free To anyone struggling with health issues you’re not alone + I hope you find a solution soon It will get better 🙏🏼
