@askRCBC where can I send a formal report regarding an incident? the ATM of RCBC was not able to dispense cash but the amount was deducted to gcash account @gcashofficial it happened at 3:14pm at Muzon, San Jose del Monte ATM of RCBC. the amount is 1k plus 18pesos transaction fee
