Does anyone know of small supportive and or creative discords that I can join to try and make friends? Genuinely I don’t know how to find a place and have people to talk to. Rts appreciated.

Dodged the ambulance. Kept shit together. Showed up in my A5 sketchbook instead of A4. Which I put cute drawings only in. Well cute heads. And my cat. Going to try force more distractions on myself and remind myself I’m okay even if I don’t feel it.

Calls for help from mental health services, who in my case give zero shits. And now I’m gp is debating calling an ambulance on me (I’m safe just told her my thoughts) and I’m like wtf is this shit. So I’m just fine. 🔥🫠

Amazing how peaceful I am when I vape my medical weed. Like I just feel free for a moment. It’s nice. Like a holiday from the depression.

I’m on day 22 of drawing everyday. But I’m starting to burn out wonder if there is a point. I’m really struggling with life. So I’m back to thinking of quitting. All I did today was open the book and I was discouraged look at this shit. I’m going to lie in bed and rot.

@RewiredChaos It can be hard when you stop your coping mechanism for so long not to hide the scars or feel ashamed/overheat because you’re worried about people seeing them. But remember you don’t owe anyone shit, not an explanation, nothing. You survived and I’m so proud of you! 🫶🏻 ✨

Is anyone else terrified of their ring doorbell? Like the noise of it. Like people are at my door who are unexpected. Like if I hear it on an advert I get freaked. Or am I just like a recluse?

32 y/o Me on a Saturday at 6pm: Stoned watching murder documentaries with black out curtains whilst eating haribo naked because it’s 20oc and that’s too hot in a flat. My younger sister: house, fiancée, kid, going to the park together on a Saturday. There’s always one sibling

@fileiddiz I had to google 68.0F 😂 and I guess because I’m in a maisonette flat all four people generate heat, and we have stone houses (because we’ve never been a warm country) so we get super warm. Also probably because I’m pale af. 😂

@awkwards_turtle It's so funny what the human body acclimates to. In the US, 68° F is a lovely temperature. We're opening our windows and having picnics in the park on those days.
