Broad market analysis - I put on my bearish goggles When looking at this data collectively it all point's to a major correction. I have always been in the camp rate cut's are bullish AS LONG AS it is while beating inflation and not because something is broke. There is historical evidence that the market crashes every time a cut is done due to something breaking. I believe that is Unemployment. Out of all of the data we have gotten over the last month that makes everyone believe the rate cut is for the right reason. Unemployment's large spike is what I believe really caused the FED pivot. Anytime in all of history when we experience this type of curvature for the length of time it get's increasingly out of hand. Now let's look at the market with psychology. IF we ignored the unemployment data and looked at all other data collectively this would fit the soft-landing narrative and appear the rate cut is for "beating inflation" which should be extremely bullish. IF this is the case the entire market should be going absolutely crazy. 80% of stocks in the market are down 80% from their ATH's... stocks like this should be risk on and be 50% off of their recent lows. INSTEAD we have major names near their "BLACK MONDAY" lows. This is including $BTC & $ETH. This is not the sign of risk on and very much the opposite and what looks like distribution into all the retail who believes the market is bullish. Now technicals... Practically ever major name has bearish divergences on the larger time frame with MACD correction indicators like giving up the 50 weekly RSI on names like $AMD $GOOG $AMZN $MSFT who hold the stock market up. This is also while the rest of the market is continuing to break down. If you read this and look at all of the below post's collectively... What does this tell us? $AMD Lunch time Update. Sold 30% on this morning's pop and actually just bought 50% of the 30% I sold back near the bottom this morning. I believe they're currently engineering demand as we build out an Inverse Head & Shoulders. Still plan on unloading most in the overhead supply but the measured move would be $196 So I may keep one runner. If you only have 1-2 shares to begin with.
