@Phil_Lewis_ This is BS but make the Black scholarships lineage based. Truth be told most of these scholarships are not currently given to Black Americans anyway. They go to Africans and Caribbean people. They can't sue it if the criteria for the scholarships if the person must be ADOS/FBA.
