CARDIO DRUMMING: Super proud of all of our 6th-8th students today! Worked hard, got heart rates up and had FUN doing it! If you haven’t tried cardio drumming with your classes, it’s a great time and very unique experience for Ss.

No money for official Spikeball nets/courts? No problem! We used hula hoops and cheap mini playground balls from the dollar store! We also used carpet squares and got the same great results!! Use what you have! Doesn’t have to be expensive! #physed #peteacher #pe @WarriorsWMS
