Mini Golf + Math ⛳️ Our students PUTT their golf skills and math skills to work at Math Night. Roll the dice and then add, subtract, or multiply the numbers. After solving the math problem, try out the math themed mini golf hole!

⛳️ Hula Hoop Mini Golf ⛳️ Red Hoop (Hole in One) Yellow Hoop (Sand Trap) Blue Hoop (Water) A fun and easy putting activity for #PhysEd! Students try and avoid the obstacles to get a Hole in One in a red hoop to score a point! ⛳️ Inspired by @project_physed and @BarbaraBorden9!

Collaboration in action! 🥍
Teamed up with our Youth Lacrosse Program and coaches to give 4th grade students a hands-on introduction to the sport of Lacrosse! Working together to grow the sport in our community while practicing cradling, scooping, shooting, and more!

Tips/Tricks I use for teaching golf in #PhysEd! ⛳️
1. Carpet squares placed under the tees.
2. @FloormarX to help with foot placement.
3. Bucket (full of tennis balls) for each group.
4. @GopherSport NowNets in between each tee for safety.

@lporterPE @FloormarX @GopherSport It’s a hitting mat that was included in my first tee equipment. The rubber tee goes through the bottom of the mat and then I place the mat on the carpet square so it protects the gym floor.
