@CityTshwane Please assist, I haven’t been able to upgrade my meter all weekend. I use Landis +gyr prepaid meter and it’s not bridged. When I bought electricity there was only one 20 digit number/token, not 3 like the others. I tried calling your call centre but I’m not getting through.

Various Tshwane offices will be open on Saturday and Sunday to assist you to upgrade your prepaid meter software.

@citiqprepaid impossible for people to reach the support to actually solve the issue. System update roll out is a shambles. Token roll out for change over is a farce.
