President Maraga tells me that he built this house in 1984😃, what has been happening is renovations. Recently, when he was installing power in the house, the engineer had refused to install and asked him to built a better house. 😅😅 President Maraga says he told the engineer that the house was his (Maraga’s) & is enough for him. President Maraga says he's not interested in earthly richness. This reminds me of Matthew 5:3 where the bible records; "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."

THE WORLD GOES TO SCHOOL DIFFERENTLY: 1. Finland: No major exams until the final year of high school. Teachers are highly educated and respected. Consistently one of the best education systems in the world. 2. Japan: Students clean their own classrooms daily. Respect and responsibility are taught before academics. Character comes first. 3. South Korea: Students study until midnight. The university entrance exam is so critical that flights are rerouted on exam day. Burnout among young people is a serious national crisis. 4. United States: Standardized testing dominates everything. School quality depends on neighborhood wealth. Rich areas get better schools. Poor areas get what is left. 5. Germany: At age 10 students are placed into different school paths. Vocational training is taken as seriously as university. Youth unemployment stays low because of it. 6. India: The system runs on memorization and high-stakes exams. 1.5 million students compete for just 17,000 IIT seats. Pressure begins long before a child is ready. 7. Singapore: Ranked number one globally for math, science, and reading in 2022. Extremely competitive. Even the government admits student pressure has gone too far. 8. France: Philosophy is a required subject and counts toward the national exam. Students are trained to think critically and argue clearly from a young age. 9. Cuba: Education is completely free at every level. Literacy rate sits above 99 percent according to UNESCO. One of the most educated populations in Latin America. 10. Netherlands: Students are assessed at age 12 and placed into paths that suit their strengths. Academic and vocational routes are treated equally. No path is seen as lesser. 11. China: The Gaokao exam determines almost everything about a student's future. Pressure starts in early childhood and is carried by the entire family, not just the student. 12. Kenya: Primary school became free in 2003. Secondary school fees still push many families to breaking point. Dropout rates in rural areas remain high. 13. Russia: Historically strong in mathematics, science, and engineering. The system valued compliance over curiosity. That tension still shapes education today. 14. Brazil: Private schools are well funded and deliver strong results. Public schools are severely underfunded. Where you are born almost entirely determines the education you receive. 15. Denmark: University is free for Danish and EU citizens. Students also receive a monthly government stipend just for attending. Education is treated as a public good, not a personal expense. 16. Canada: Each province runs its own education system independently. Quality varies across the country. Indigenous history inclusion in the curriculum is real but still inconsistent. 17. Australia: Universities are strong and globally respected. Indigenous history is now formally part of the national curriculum. The debate over equal funding between public and private schools remains unresolved. 18. Sweden: No formal grades until age 12 or 13. Early pressure is believed to kill curiosity before it grows. Research consistently supports this approach. 19. New Zealand: Māori language and culture are officially part of the national curriculum. Legally protected but depth of teaching varies greatly between schools. 20. Switzerland: Two thirds of students enter vocational apprenticeships rather than university. Both paths are equally respected. Both lead to strong careers. 21. Norway: Public university is free for everyone including international students. Teachers must hold a master's degree. Teaching is one of the most respected professions in the country. 22. Israel: Schools emphasize critical thinking and entrepreneurship from an early age. Combined with technical military training, this directly feeds one of the most active startup ecosystems in the world.

@NjeriBt The problem with Kenyans is that they hate the truth. Instead of accepting that non of the alternatives are any better, they attack your character. No seriousness! Even registering as voters hawataki! How can Nairobi register less than 400K new voters, yet kwa streets ni kelele?

Im yet to see any leadership qualities in Pauline Njoroge. I dont see any leadership ability in Babu. I see nothing statesman-like in Sifuna. No visionary traits in Riggy G. Nothing lionhearted in Kalonzo. Zero charisma in Maraga. Nothing formidable in Matiangi. Nothing likeable in Karua. I see no leaders. None. No alternatives. None in policy or none person. And that is why Ruto will win in 2027.

Kipketi Public school huko kwa kina CS Davis Chirchir. He has silenty improved the school using his own means into this masterpiece. KUDOS WAZIRI!! But, let's pause for a moment and think. What if this were the norm and not the exception? Imagine if this was the actual standard across the board and didn't need individual philanthropy to achieve.

People are expecting Alliance Girls High School to operate with the same budget as Chepterit Girls High School in Nandi. That's impossible. Alliance is a school with over 200 non teaching staff. Walimu wa BOM pale ni karibu mia, kuna exam markers who are hired to mark exams,na kuna casual workers wanaingia kila siku. All these people have to be paid, na huwezi lipa mwalimu 10k in Alliance. The cost of living pia imeenda juu. Bei ya nyanya in 2015 isn't the same as bei ya nyanya in 2026. If you can't pay fees pale Alliance wewe peleke mtoi Embwali mixed and day secondary school.

Uhuru did more roads outside Mt Kenya. Kibaki did more roads in Nyanza and Rift valley region. The few countable projects under Ruto were started when Gachagua was the DP. Riggy G is a political genius. Without Riggy G, Ruto would not have clinched the presidency. Studying political science should be mandatory for all politicians.

This is how unfair and unjust the government resources were distributed in the past. Uhuru had the guts to advertise tarmacking of rural roads in Central Kenya ONLY. The same people who enjoyed government resources ALONE are today lecturing the leaders of North Eastern how undeveloped NE is. William Ruto stands for fair sharing of government resources. We all Kenyans.

As a resident of Vihiga County, I say it is extremely embarrassing to hold a national event such as today’s Labour Day celebration at Chavakali High School because it demonstrates that the county has no functional stadium or public facility that can host a large meeting. It also shows how much we disrespect public education.

GoK is the scandal! School Principals aren't miracle workers! GoK gives them a loaf + expects them to feed 1000. GoK is investing zero in infrastructure but keeps pumping kids into the schools. Who is to fund infrastructure? This burden is pushed to Principals, Parents + BOMs.

Extra charges in public schools, including motivational fees for teachers and students and development fees ARE NOT ILLEGAL! They are unequivocally captured in the law - Basic Education Act 2013, Third Schedule.

@KeKirwa I love your thinking. Honestly, let's not bury our heads in the sand. We can't expect the school to feed a child with eggs and sausages with a fee of 50k per year in 2026! Inauma. But, it is what it is. There are cheaper options too. Me wants the best even with my small Salo😊

🚨 BREAKING NEWS HISTORY MADE AT MIRARANI Antoine Moses (@antomosplant), the reigning @GWR record holder for the most trees planted in 24 hours, has set a new global record after planting an extraordinary 47,460 mangrove propagules within 24 hours at Mirarani, Tudor Creek in Mombasa County. The historic feat was sealed at exactly 08:01 hours, after a relentless 24-hour stretch of physical endurance and mental grit. As the final tally was confirmed, the site erupted in celebration, transforming the moment into more than just a record, but a powerful symbol of commitment to environmental restoration. This achievement comes at a time of heightened global attention, as Guinness World Records is still reviewing the attempt by Kenyan Hillary Kibiwott to surpass Antoine’s earlier terrestrial tree record, raising the stakes and significance of this latest milestone. Backed by the Kenya Forest Service, local communities, and conservation partners including Earthlungs, the effort has shone a global spotlight on mangrove ecosystems, critical coastal buffers that remain among the most threatened in the world. The closing ceremony was graced by @GMugambi_CBS, Principal Secretary in the @Forestry__Kenya, alongside senior officials from @Environment_Ke, the Kenya, @KEFRIHQ, @EarthlungsF, and other key partners and stakeholders. With this achievement, Antoine Moses has not only defended his global standing but elevated it, delivering a defining moment of resilience, purpose, and environmental leadership on the world stage.

A time is coming when house/land buyers will demand that developers/saler produce an authentic original 1970s map of the area to show the natural water pathways before they buy that house/land. Rain water is definitely going back to its original path that has been in existence for 100 years
