The account MAGICALLY had its email changed back to mine. This means two things: 1. Riot internally knows that the account is mine (I never talked to them) 2. Someone at Riot DELIBERATELY gave my account to someone else in that case.

@ViragoUltrix I find it crazy that Nurse, Blight, Springtrap and now Trickster have some sort of crosshair or " here's where your power will go " add-on but deathslinger and huntress doesn't have either of these

About Trickster and Dead by Daylight: I'm still trying to understand the point of a crosshair add-on that doesn't show at all where your shots are gonna land, especially when every hand has its own landing point Also why are crosshairs still an add-on thing and not a HUD option?

I'm pretty sure I remember Avexys giving a more logical solution though. There's no issue in the game having comp, but the core game needs to be good first

Legit question, like actually properly a legit question I think E-Day will be a good Gears game that the fans have wanted, but if it's too late and the player retention only lasts a few months because most people have given up and aren't going to dedicate lots of time like they used to What are the daily Gears streamers / news channels going to do? I know that there will be an influx of new content opportunity initially with lore, tips and tricks... No doubt theories on a follow-up game But when that dries up, if the game after E-Day is also 7 years away, will those content creators be involved daily, move onto other games, or move away from content creation entirely?

@PaulLivo I agree about the shot delay thing, plenty of pros complained about Air Back A's (Avexys also from what I remember) and I def agree about GBs, the loss of GBs was a fumble which is also apart of the reason no gears will touch Gears 4's comp. G5 comp I didnt really care about tbh

Then I look at people like NickMercs, Hush, lesser known in the Gears scene but an old friend of mine called Jazzy. They all turned into huge creators for other games. I think that's where the audience is, but I think people are scared because their current support likely won't follow so they'd need to start over... I do get it, but how long do you hold on? Yanno? In regards to the pro scene. I have such mixed opinions on this and I've never actually been consistent on how I feel about it. I LIKE comp, I really think it's a good thing for Gears. But I feel like hyping it up so much, it causes casual players to think that "comp" means "Lancer". I think that's a big negative because it makes bad players think that Lancering makes you good, they don't understand that using the Lancer correctly is what makes you good... Nope, just Lancer makes you good... STUPID Some pro players are great, I have huge respect for people like Avexys. He did well for himself but Ive never seen him talk down to people. Does he have an ego? Sure, but it's a deserved one and only seemingly used when humbling someone. Others? Not so much Some comp players moan about STUPID THINGS! Do you actually know why we have Shot Delay now? It's because an apparently comp player, was on Training Grounds (perhaps ironically needed to spend more time there first), tried to camp a wall, the opponent read it and Air Back A'd him... He cried about it and got the shot delay added. So an apparent comp player, who should know the game inside out, wanted the game changed because of his inability to read the opponent pushing him So as much as I want to be more supportive of the comp scene, it's hard to fully get behind it. I think the biggest loss was GB. I had hoped the EsportsRivals was going to take off more not so long ago. But in terms of TC officially giving it attention, I really feel like it was a net negative to the overall game and community because they SEEMED (could be wrong) to have too much influence and it just seemed to distort casual players' mindsets of how to play If it were to return with a private ladder / tournament system, I'd be more supportive of it. But I don't think that'd be enough for people now that they've experienced what it's like having official support
