@uniiverse can you guys fix your website for the Stray Kid's Skzoo Pop up event. We were supposed to be able to do reservations at 11 and it gave us an error!!! Also .. yesterday your site was letting people make reservations when it should have been locked.

Having a family member pass away during the pandemic is such a nightmare 😭 my grandma is dying and only 2 people in my family can see her at a day- if they even allow for a visit that day... a few of her grandchildren won’t even get to say goodbye most likely🥺
