@SouthernRailUK Yes, I’ve tried two different devices and still having the same problem. Because the ticket machine froze and I had to use a different machine with another card I don’t think the transaction was void sadly.

@cazba Hi, I'm unsure as to why this is. Have you cleared your cookies / cache or tried a different browser? With regards to the transaction, this sounds like void transaction and the money will be in a holding account. It should return to you within 7 days. ^Isana

@SouthernRailUK hi, I was charged twice today by the ticket machines at Brighton station. I’ve tried multiple times to use your contact form and it crashes every time. How can I get in touch?

@SouthernRailUK No, but it just keeps saying there’s been an error. Doesn’t give a specific reason why and I’ve triple checked every field is answered correctly, it just won’t submit.
