On top, it uses up to 19W of power, compared to a PS5, which uses up to 220W. Switch 2 is an incredibly capable device.

A 1000$ gaming handheld is not as strong as a 1000$ gaming pc, because the size of the hardware alone increases the price, because you have less space for similar performance requirements.

Epic Games has released a major Unreal Engine 5 update that runs twice as fast on Nintendo Switch 2. The update introduces a new lighting system called Lumen Lite. According to Epic, it is “twice as fast as Lumen High Quality” and is designed to “preserve much of the visual impact at a significantly lower GPU cost.” Epic also said that this makes it possible for “games that rely on global illumination for artistic purposes” to run on Nintendo Switch 2 at 60 FPS.

@Free_Xone @SlashBryz Yes, because they KNEW that they could not release the western market one for PS5 in japan, because of CENSORSHIP LAW. And then they decided to NOT release a western SKU for Switch 2 at the same time, because of laziness.

@Free_Xone @SlashBryz Cyberpunk and Witcher 3 have a separate version for japan to comply with censorship. Dispatch did not and blamed the mistake on Nintendo, while on Playstation, they literally did put TWO VERSIONS for global and japan.

And instead of fixing it by releasing an uncensored version for the rest of the world, they did this cheap dlc

@Free_Xone @SlashBryz It's literally not. Cyberpunk has full nudity outside of japan, because they prepared two seperate versions, one censored and one uncensored, to make sure to be able to sell it globally without censorship. Adhoc was too lazy to do that and blamed it on Nintendo.

You can’t convince me Rebirth isn’t a top tier video game experience when you go into it detached from personal preference for a certain character, with an open mind, and shutting out external “loud” noise trying to tell you it’s bad.

@NickRosfie51646 When he holds her, it also swaps between him crying and looking worried, the first being the "real world" and the second being "Cloud's world". So while he perceives her as alive, the others see him as devastated as he was in the OG, because that's the normal reality.

@NickRosfie51646 The other world would be more of a "delusion" of the people affected by it, which you see when Cloud blocks Sephiroths blade from Aerith and proceeds to see her, even tho she "died". Because in his new world, she still lives, the others can't perceive it.

@charmingvaaa @mlwjrpg The main story is around 20h, half of those are cutscenes, many are totally unnecesary (forced slow walking, nothingburger dialogue) the other 10 hours are boss fights + the walks in between each one and the remaining 60 hours are boring side content chores. I didn’t have fun.

@NickRosfie51646 @xSon1cc_ @mlwjrpg I started with Remake and loved the mystery that has been built up until the end. Then I got into OG and CC, because I didn't wanna wait and then played Rebirth. I love the new plot additions, because it keeps me guessing and theorizing.
