@AnUnabashedNerd @KenMastersUSA I’ve seen people saying this but I’ve yet to see a single tweet to this tune? If you’ve seen it yourself I hope you looked at their Twitter bio, I’m willing the bet it’s a burner account. It’s straight up dumb to say Tifa would not be in the LSS.

The Lifestream is the climax of Cloud’s arc and the resolution of Tifa’s. You can’t have that scene without either of them, so I think anyone assuming Tifa won’t be there because of an interview is foolish.

Playing through FF7 Remake again gives us hope that Rebirth's ambiguous ending will be cleared up in Revelation. Aerith still has a big role to play in the final game.

In the grand scheme of things what “spoilers” has Hamaguchi actually dropped? In the reality he is supplementing the foundation of the game and trying to shift some expectations within reason.

Seen a few people now stating that Hamaguchi should stop dropping spoilers and such. This is simply expectation management. There are false perceptions of what FF7R is, and I think this is his attempt to address those fundamental misunderstandings, before launch.

@Hollowmateria That’s exactly what happens when they’ve somehow convinced themselves that the LSS is romantic…they have no remote grasp nor understanding about what that scene really is about. If they did they wouldn’t be crashing out.

@mlwjrpg Truly one of the most insecure fandoms ever. There's not a single person here talking about how she's not going to be in the lifestream scene. People are just laughing because they denied any participation of other characters in that scene just to be wrong once again.

These alleged people who are saying this are literally fake news. In reality it's more so projection on the part of her fans feeling insecure about her role.

I hate to break it to those who think Tifa doesn't have a role in Final Fantasy VII, and her role won't be in Final Fantasy VII Revelation are in for a rude awakening. Like they are massively setting her up for a massive role in the finale of her resolve and for Cloud's arc 👀🔥

@KeezTheFlex The issue are the radical purist FF fans that are fueled solely by nostalgia and feelings. They remain closed minded to expansion of the franchise and most are just outright disingenuous with their takes.

@ffSteeD27 The moment you ever suggest that any single character in the game at any specific moment is more important than Tifa, then all hell breaks loose...not even the main protagonist of the story is ever more important.

Started fun and can still be but I'm now seeing people talking about idiocy and small brain for suggesting that a fictional character might be less important than another.
So whatever, if you believe the LSS is equally about Tifa, awesome, I don't and never will, let's move on.

@CloudfanStrife It makes sense they are more heavily involved with pushing marketing this time around, it is the final part after all. And this is only the beginning, I'm curious what the moves will be as time progresses and we get closer to release.
