Millwall Football Club can confirm that Zak Sturge’s red card from Saturday’s fixture against Blackburn Rovers has been rescinded. Zak was shown a straight red card in the 59th minute following a collision with Rovers forward Yuki Ohashi. Following a successful appeal, the decision has been overturned and he will now be available to face Ipswich Town at Portman Road this weekend.

@MungoJerryLTD You shouldn't keep tomatoes in the fridge.

I would be very pleased to know where I can purchase a decent edible tomato, I just got one from the fridge that my wife bought in a package from a leading supermarket. I ended up putting it in the trash bin and ended up having half a tin of chopped tomatoes on toast with onion, cayenne pepper, turmeric & black pepper. The quality of fruit & vegetables from major outlets is disgraceful. It’s no wonder that so many folks are suffering from gut & skin issues. Good nutrition should be got from real food, not from a handful of supplements & GM crops.
