@CrossCountryUK If you're actually sorry you'd try to fix it. Run more frequent trains. Have the trains that go through WVH, BHM, BHI, COV have more carriages, especially at rush hour. You're not sorry, you're just saying it to make me quiet. Please, @Heidi_Labour, revoke the franchise ASAP!

@CrossCountryUK these cancellations have been regularly happening for months. When the trains do run they are cramped and overcrowded. Why such a poor service for rail customers using this line? 🚆

Enjoyed racing the @worldtriathlon Age-Group Sprint Championships yesterday. A great experience with the @BritTri AG team who are so supportive in preparing for the event and out on the course 🇬🇧 🏊‍♀️ 🚴‍♀️ 🏃🏼‍♀️ 🙌

@worldtriathlon Incredibley sad and tragic. I hope there’s an investigation because we saw first hand the response time to the person in the water. It took far too long for marshalls to summon help and attend to the person in the water. No walkie talkies etc.

It is with deep sadness that we can inform that two participants (one from Mexico; one from Great Britain) have died at the World Triathlon Torremolinos-Andalucía AG Sprint Distance World Championships, taking place today, October 17. Our deepest condolences go to their respective family, friends, National Federations and all the triathlon family. World Triathlon, the Spanish Federation and the LOC are in contact with their families and NFs to provide all the support needed in these difficult and sad times.

@cleanair_doc @CrossCountryUK @colinwalker79 They literally just said in the previous comment that they don't have access to rolling stock for busier times and special events etc, and that they're working with what they've got, so how can they just get more? It's the franchising agreement that's the problem here.

@cleanair_doc @CrossCountryUK @colinwalker79 Hi. Unfortunately that will only happen if agreed and paid for by the DfT as part of the contract. There is additional rolling stock already agreed to be joining the fleet, once it goes off leases from Avanti.
