We are proud to announce the launch of the Code4000 Product Development Programme! The first remote code review initiative run in UK prisons. Students work with professional software developers over 8 weeks, sharing their code via GitHub to be reviewed by a Code4000 mentor.

We are very excited to finally be able to share this, with the support of PA Foundation and @PA_Consulting, Code4000 will be able to open its first coding academy in a women's prison!

Ariel was one of two hiring managers involved in our employability roundtables. Fielding several questions from our students, she was able to draw on her considerable experience to suggest realistic strategies to mitigate the effect of a criminal record on employment prospects.
