9. Before interviewing this person, I interviewed many. But they were genuine, authentic, and ready to build. I did not ask very technical questions. There's no need to know every answer. Always be ready to learn, be real, and be polite.

I called one student and said it's a normal telephonic interview for a full stack role. He said, "Wait for 2 mins." We started connecting and discussing projects. Very well to discuss with an overview of projects. But when I started asking technologies used like Next.js 👇
