Here is a bit of info about economics, and some facts/policies about the Candidates: The biggest factors to the cost of living are how government spends money, how it manages supply chains, and policy. For example: 1) When governments run deficits (meaning they spend more than they take in), they accumulate national debt. 2) When governments over regulate or mismanage with bad policy, supply chains like manufacturing a product, or transporting goods become disrupted. (Time increases and cost increases) 3) When governments block energy infrastructure like pipelines, doing business, taking trips, and buying things becomes more expensive. This is what inflation is. Unfortunately, government manages money with a finite supply; they simply print more of it whenever they want. The more debt Canada has (from running a deficit), and the more money it prints (increases the total money supply), the bigger the burden to taxpayers and consumers because the value of everyone’s money lowers. The Liberals have run 10 consecutive deficits, which resulted in the national debt doubling, and over regulated almost everything. In fact; the Liberals over the last 10 years have spent more money than all other previous governments combined. Those are major factors for why the cost of living has doubled. (Too much spending, and horrible management) Mark Carney, who has advised the Liberals for the last 5 years, recently said he plans to have 3 more deficits before ‘balancing the budget’ if the Liberals win. Obviously, this will be even more inflationary. The Liberals let in MILLIONS of people without increasing the housing supply, directly making the cost of homes skyrocket. Too much demand, and not enough supply. Carney plans to keep letting in unsustainable amounts of immigration. They also increased bureaucracy by over 40%, which is 100% taxpayer funded. In other words, the bigger government gets, the more they need to tax to pay for it (or print money, which adds more debt, and the snowball grows). The government has become extremely bloated and expensive to operate thanks to the Liberals, which is very unsustainable. These are all reasons why we have a housing crisis, a high cost of living, and a weak economy. On the Conservative side: One of Pierre Poilievre’s policies is to prevent deficits, by linking government spending to revenue, which will directly stabilize the cost of living. The government will need to figure out how to save a dollar if it wants to spend a dollar. Also, Pierre has said he will pass a law to have sustainable immigration that is based on new housing builds, so as new homes are made, more immigration can happen. Pierre was an orphan; now married to an immigrant, and has 2 kids, so he’s a family man, who understands struggle. He wasn’t born into wealth. Pierre has always been in Canada, and isn’t an ultra rich globalist. He has been calling out government wasteful spending for many years. Pierre has very sensible policies that will help stabilize the economy, and help Canadians directly. If you care about the cost of living, if you care about future generations and their ability to buy a home, then it would be a wise choice to vote for Pierre and give him a chance, instead of voting for the Liberals and their bad policies. Pierre for PM! 🇨🇦

@Martyupnorth_2 The goal is to make everyone renters. They will slowly bleed everyone out. Canada had a chance to change, but Liberal voters proved to be retarded.

I’m pissed off by pro Trump posts on this platform by Conservative voters. The only reason we’re now saddled with another 4 years of Liberal rule is Donald John Trump. It’s important to know who your enemy is and at this time in history, as a staunch Conservative, it’s Trump.

@SunshineCityCo1 I’m sick of people not understanding economics. The federal government has a huge impact on the cost of living. They literally regulate supply chains and laws for how things are managed.⬇️

@Atheist1859 @TheTorontoSun I care about integrity, so of course I’d acknowledge it. However, I wouldn’t do that just by him calling an election, as it still could be delayed during it with an excuse of an emergency. I’ll wait to see if the full Pierre vs Carney election plays out and a winner is chosen.

Enough is enough. Pierre Poilievre lost his seat. Now he’s wanting to force a by-election—at our expense—just so he can stay in power? That’s not leadership. That’s entitlement. Canadians are struggling to buy groceries, and he’s wasting our tax dollars playing political games. No more taxpayer-funded reruns. He lost. Move on. #NeverPoilievre #StopTheWaste #Election2025 #CanadianDemocracy #NeverVoteConservative #neverpoilievre

It’s disappointing to witness Canadians give the Liberals a 4th term, and be so susceptible to manipulation, by Libs deflecting blame to Trump. Carney will likely ban X in Canada to control and censor free speech of those they disagree with. Crime will likely stay high with his plans of a lot more immigration, and soft on crime policies. National debt and deficits will continue to be more costly on taxpayers. And definitely more brainwashing, as he plans to up the federal funding to media networks. Politics aren’t everything, and life goes on, but I don’t think people realize how much of the same is about to happen. Will Liberal voters complain about the cost of living or crime moving forward? Of course! They’ll just blame something else instead of the Liberals, like they always do.

Do you think out of 10,000 military, the cartel will have at least 10-20% plants? And you enjoy them patrolling the border? Omfg 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
